This website is provided for the purpose of making electronic Instructions for Use (eIFU) and related label information available in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2226.

2. User Account Registration

Users may submit an enquiry form to request access to eIFU, label information, or a paper copy of the IFU. Personal data collected through the enquiry form, such as name, email address, and device information (serial number), will be processed solely for the purposes of creating a user account to access eIFU and label information, fulfilling the request for electronic or paper IFU, and sending notifications related to the request and the device.

3. Personal Data Processed

Following the enquiry, the company will create a user account with an email address and password. Users will need to log in to access eIFU and label information. Personal data processed through user registration and account management may include email address, password, and device information. This data is limited to what is necessary, processed solely for the stated purposes, protected against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, and retained only for the period necessary to comply with regulatory, contractual, or legal obligations. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or regulatory obligations.
