Oedema
Oedema occurs in the extracellular compartment when too much fluid accumulates in the body, particularly the skin.
Oedema can start slowly, but onset can be sudden. It can also be the sign of a serious condition or problems with your circulatory system.
It can affect areas or the entire body or some parts. Medications, infections or other medical conditions can also cause oedema.
Managing oedema and poor circulation is important. Using BioScan
Early detection can help prevent chronic oedema developing
